Description
Unger's virgin mixed bed ion exchange resin, in a 25 litre loose fill bag. High capacity, which in resin terms means more pure water per bag before the bed exhausts, and it brings a TDS reading reliably down to 0 ppm.
Loose fill goes into any standard DI Resin Vessel or refillable cartridge, whatever brand of system it feeds. A bag fills the 25L vessel in one go, or the 11L vessel twice with some left over.
One thing to check before ordering: the Unger HydroPower DI systems take sealed resin packs and bags rather than loose resin, so this bag is for vessel and cartridge setups, not the HydroPower itself.
Watch the output with a TDS meter as the bag works through. 0 ppm means clean drying glass; a climbing reading means the bed is exhausting. In hard water areas an RO membrane in front stretches every fill.
