Ordered the Stainless steel hose reel. In the advert it shows the handle on the RHS. When it arrived it was on the left. I contacted them and they agreed that this was the case. They sorted it out and 3 days later A RHS replacement arrived. They also gave me a discount on a future purchase for the inconvenience . Very happy with the service and product.

I contacted them looking for a larger tank setup, but after checking my van registration and payload, Tom called me back to explain why it wouldn’t be suitable. Instead of just selling me what I asked for, he took the time to understand my needs and put together the perfect setup for me.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. Starting my own business and they had everything I needed, very reasonably priced and the website is so user friendly it's a pleasure to use. Furthermore,they have a whole section which educated and advises on all things business related. Postage was free and quicker than Amazon. But the customer service is where these guys come into their own. Very small issue with my order so I messaged on the WhatsApp and wow. They replied within an hour,sorted the issue immediately and sent me a new item the same day. Honestly the best experience I have ever had with a retailer and I will 100% be using again. If you want any exterior cleaning stuff these are the people. Thank you very much from a very happy customer.

The products themselves are excellent quality, and you can tell they stock proper, reliable gear. You might pay slightly more than some competitors, but honestly, I’m more than happy to pay that bit extra for the level of service you get.
