If you look after buildings or commercial properties, you want simple. This kit from Unger is just that. Pick your pole reach. Pick your water filter capacity. Everything else you need is included.
These kits are built for site managers, caretakers, cleaners, FM and estates teams, and contractors who want ladder-free results without piecing a system together from multiple vendors.
How to choose your kit
Pole length: The suitable length of pole you will need depends on the height of the property you oversee. We have 2 options; 10m or 12.3m.
10m is generally recommended for 1-2 storeys, and the 12.3m for 1-3 storeys.
Water Filtration: Choose from the HydroPower Ultra S (Small) or HydroPower Ultra LC trolley (Large). As with the poles, the size of filtration needed will depend on the area of the property, and how many windows there are to clean. Based upon the average size of a primary school (15,000 sq ft) anything greater than this, we recommend Large. If smaller, then the Small option is sufficient. Of course, if you are unsure, or wish to future proof your investment, choosing the large will be your best bet. Plus it comes with a handy trolley so you can easily move it around site.

How to pick in 30 seconds

• LC trolley (Large): more capacity and runtime for larger routes
If unsure, 12.3 m + LC trolley covers more jobs with fewer refills.
Quick start
- Connect water source tap to IN and pole hose to OUT
- Hold the air purge lever and check TDS reads 000
- Extend the pole, set a steady flow
- Clean top to bottom and finish with a rinse
