BAC50 is a powerful 50% benzalkonium chloride biocide, trusted by professional exterior cleaners and soft wash operators across the UK. Simply dilute, apply, and allow the treatment to get to work. Once applied, BAC50 helps break down algae, mould, lichen, and other biological growth, with treated surfaces continuing to clean up naturally over time as the residue weathers away.

How to use
- Dilute with clean water to the appropriate ratio before application.
- Apply evenly using a low-pressure sprayer or soft brush.
- Leave the product to work. Allow the surface to weather and self clean naturally.
- Where areas are regularly accessed by animals or children: apply, allow at least 1 hour contact time, then rinse thoroughly.
Performance depends on surface porosity, shade, temperature, organic load, and environmental conditions.
Recommended Dilutions
- Render & Roof Slates/Tiles: 1:20 (1 part BAC50 to 20 parts water)
- Hard Ground Surfaces (patios, driveways): 1:30 (1 part BAC50 to 30 parts water)
- Application rate: 1 litre of diluted solution per 4m² (250ml/m²)

P304+P340+P310: IF INHALED Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/ doctor.
P305+P351+P338+P310: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/ doctor.
