  • Stone
  • Steps
  • Paths
  • Masonry
  • Cladding
  • Brickwork

How to use

Dilution ratio: Black Spot Remover is a concentrated product and can be diluted from 1:1 up to 1:3 depending on the surface.

Directions for use: Remove any loose dirt and debris so that the area is smooth and ready for application. We advise pressure washing before the application.

A three-step application process is required:

1. Apply an even layer of product to the affected area by spraying horizontally.

2. Repeat the process going vertically.

3. And then around the edges until the area is fully saturated.

Leave the product to work for 45-60 minutes. If the surface starts to dry out, apply more product to keep the area saturated at all times. If the surface dries out during this time, the cleaning process will stop. It is advised to agitate the solution after application with a soft-bristled brush.

After 45-60 minutes, clean the area thoroughly with a jet wash.

Some black spots can be stubborn depending on how old they are or how long they have been on the surface. On some occasions, there may be some black spots remaining after the initial application. Repeat the application process and the second treatment will fully eradicate the black spots.
