FaceLift^® Phoenix MkII Pole Clamps

I purchased this pole and I'm mostly happy with it. My only issue is that my brush attachment at the top is very loose and I have no way of tightening it. Meaning I had to go out of my way to wrap the attachment and the brush head still turns in the top but it's not as bad as it was.

Only used this a few times since the delivery but it's performed fine, was unsure with it being a Hybrid if it might be to flexible but it's all good, the brush scrubs the dirt okay and it's wider than my usual... yeah I'd say I'm very pleased so far....

Delivery was brilliant, window cleaning warehouse were extremely helpful with some questions i had. The pole is great, 18ft has a bit of flex but still able to clean, the brush head and jets work great its a quality pole and accesories.

This is a great middle ground pole, As it’s not too rigid it can also bend in to some quite useful angles when cleaning awkward windows. the lighter ones are beyond what i can justify spending, so if you want a pole that isn’t too heavy but Is affordable then these are great

I've used fibre glass poles and carbons but this pole is a fantastic blend of both, quality product at an affordable price, for both pro's and amateurs! Lightweight and easy handling.. With the right brushes it can be used for windows, gutters, cladding and fascias... Recommended all day long but WCW prices and knowledge cannot be beaten! Nice one boys.. always a pleasure

Great pole for every day use light and fairly rigid, and all at a reasonable price, you really can't go wrong

I use the 22ft Phoenix for most of my everyday cleans. It's tough and not too whippy when fully extended. It's lasting longer than my Gardiners pole which has gave up the ghost. Great service from WCW as always.

After 4 years of daily use, the AA clamp snapped!The replacement were easy to fit and pole is good as new.

A pole fit for toy town. Far too flimsy and lightweight.You get what you pay for i suppose.

Usefull pole have been using a hybrid for years, but its a long pole and wanted a smaller one for average houses does the job well but a bit whippy to what im used too

Really like this pole.Quite light for a 30 foot pole and stiffer than I expected.At this price I would say it was a good buy.

I had been using a 35ft 10 year old wfp what a difference this new pole has made . Easy to put up and easy to use at full reach light effortless and made the joba lot easier on my old arms.

Really worked well especially effective on the gutters and associated plastic fascias. Much easier to use than expected and very robust - ladders have finally gone much to the relief of my family. Very good investment and shared the cost with my neighbour. Would benefit from an in-line on/off valve at the hozelock junction.

these have to be the best day multi purpose poles out there . never had a pole last a year before.

My order was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. I bought this item for domestic use to clean windows, fascia, soffits and the outer surfaces of the guttering on a 2 storey house. I was able to clean the windows very easily. Cleaning of the fascia and guttering was less easy because when the pole is at it's fullest extension the thinner sections of the pole become quite flexible flop around when not in contact with a solid surface. For window cleaning I would recommend this pole.
