- Oversized items: delivered by pallet within 2 to 4 working days; a signature is needed on delivery.
- Returns: free 30 day returns. The returns policy has the details, and you can start a return through the DPD returns portal.
- Same day dispatch available: orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day at an additional cost. Select same day despatch at checkout.

Fantastic pole, much better than my previous aluminium pole. The shape is great and fits in the hand nicely without straining my wrists and also due to the shape it doesn’t spin.

Have used for a week now, this a good product but has its shortfalls, I find it has toomuch flex in the shaft when extended to the max and the clamps are not as good as other poles which you can let slide through your fingers when going to change heads. I suppose I will get used to it after smacking my fingers to pieces till I remember the clamps.
