FaceLift^® Nomad Softwash Trolley - 45 Litre

Diluted softwash chemicals within our guidelines. We have tested our own softwashing products, such as V-TUF D-Green Softwash Algaecide, and sodium hypochlorite below 10%, diluted to the manufacturer's ratio. Undiluted acids, acid based products, concentrated alkalis, alkaline solutions above a 10% dilution and petroleum based products are not suitable and can damage the pump. Not at full strength. Our equipment is tested with sodium hypochlorite below 10%, and products such as Liquipak Sodium Hypochlorite 14-15% are stronger than that, so they must be diluted first. Running a strong solution neat, or leaving it in the pump after the job, is the most common cause of seal damage, and it is not covered by the warranty. Mix to the manufacturer's ratio and flush with clean water when you finish.

Around five hours on a full charge, from the 12V 25Ah AGM battery. Treat that as a rough estimate: a higher flow setting, a longer hose and a long working day will all shorten it. The volt reader on the switch panel shows the charge at a glance. The included charger typically takes 2.5 to 3 hours, and up to 5 hours from flat, so an overnight charge has you ready for the morning.

Any hose fitted with a Series 21 male coupling. The outlet is a stainless steel Series 21 female connector and no hose comes in the box. If your hose has a different fitting, a Series 21 male hose tail coupling converts it.

The trolley has a 1 year limited back to base warranty covering manufacturing faults. If a fault appears, you send the unit back to us for inspection, and return shipping is your cost unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Where a covered defect is confirmed, we repair, replace or refund the unit at our discretion. Please allow up to 28 working days at busy times. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse, damage from chemical neglect, poor flushing or frost, or normal wear on consumable parts such as pump diaphragms, valves and fuses, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

It is best not to. Freeze damage is not covered by the warranty, and water left in the pump and lines can split them in a hard frost. Flush the trolley through with clean water, then store it somewhere frost free or empty the tank and lines before a cold night.
