Meet the FaceLift Industrial window cleaning hose reel. A multi purpose water fed reel that lets you choose how you want to work. Every reel comes with the parts to build it either as a wheeled reel or a freestanding reel, and you can easily swap between the two whenever you like. You also get a brass 8mm male hose tail and jubilee clip in the box, so you're ready to connect ½", 6mm or 8mm hose straight away.
Build it your way: wheeled or freestanding
Out of the box, you can set up in either of two ways:

Wheeled hose reel
Fit the 6" thermoplastic wheels and you've got a light, easy to manoeuvre reel for moving around sites, driveways and car parks.

Freestanding hose reel
Fit the frame feet instead of wheels and you've got a stable reel that's ideal for van systems or static setups. Pair with the optional Reel Holder Bracket to secure safely in your vehicle.
Want to change later? Simply swap between the wheels and frame feet using the included parts. No extra brackets or conversion kits needed.
Capacity and hose compatibility
Designed for water fed window cleaning systems and general outdoor use:

Takes up to 50m of ½" garden hose (natively fits via the included gooseneck)
-
Can be used with 6mm or 8mm ID microbore hose up to 100m using the included 8mm hose tail
Hose connection details (all key fittings included):

The supplied gooseneck is ready for ½" garden hose and includes a female G⅛" BSPP thread.

A G⅛" BSPP to 8mm hose tail is included in the box.

For 6mm hose, simply warm the hose end in warm (not boiling) water for around 60 seconds before pushing it over the 8mm tail. This gives a snug, secure fit.

A jubilee clip is included and recommended on all hose types to ensure a tight, leak free seal.
Everything you need to connect your chosen hose size comes in the box. Just add the hose itself.

Started rusting in less than a week. Paid the extra money for stainless but its clear the center section is not. Looks like coated steel - waste of money.

Hose reel purchased i opted for it not to be built but wished I paid the extra to get them to build it. . Nothing lines up all out of square, looking on you tube you would think so easy but no way...

Great hose reel and hose but ordered on next day delivery and didn't receive it until nearly 1week later with no communication. Not the good service I usually get from WCW 😟
Seems like a solid product, however hose reel came poorly packaged with handle exposed out of the box and therefore scratched in transit. The other questionable issue was the flaking paint on the steel tubing, where they fix to the centre of the hose reel.
Hose doesn't sit right on the reel. Very loose and is a pain to wind up
Sturdy, solid all metal reel with quality brass hose connectors - if there was a criticism it would be that the towing handle is too low/short so even an average height person has to stoop while pulling the cart. Having said that I would still buy for the quality. Excellent next day delivery service using courier who provides a 1 hour time slot
We ordered the above to complete a made system for a friend. It arrived in a Gerry- rigged box sellotaped together with just a bit of brown paper in the box to protect it. The box was complete but not strong enough for the reel. Needless to say, when we took the reel out, the whole thing collapsed as the inner reel bar had broken in transit. Saying that, you immediately sent out another one and collected the old, brilliant service. This reel arrived in a similar box again, with one bit of brown paper and the reel handle had broken through the flimsy box. Its ok so far although the brass external fitting just about went on the external thread. Please sort out your packing- our friend was patient; it took 2 rather than one day to sort him out which cost him time and money. Small gripe, but annoying much the same x

I have had several reels for window cleaning - all bought on the cheap, and all not that great after time. This looks and feels very sturdy and in a different league.
Faultless from ordering to my front door I will from now on only be using the WCW.
Thought the service was good including ease of buying, great delivery service....however I would suggest the product come with instructions to assemble! I managed to get it put together but would have taken me less time with instruction! Time is money!
