The FaceLift® Ion-Fire Hot Water Window Cleaning System is designed to add dependable hot water performance to a van mounted water fed window cleaning setup. It helps improve cleaning speed, makes it easier to shift dirt and grime, and gives operators more comfort and reliability when working through colder months.

Built around a safe to use diesel fired heater, the Ion-Fire draws fuel from the vehicle and uses a built in thermostat for controlled heat output. It is housed in a compact, robust powder coated steel cabinet, giving it a practical footprint for professional van installations while still being built for regular trade use.

The improved raised design is a key part of the system. By lifting the heater into a free standing or system mounted position, airflow is improved around and underneath the unit. This helps the van heat up more quickly when the frost controller activates, while also helping to move heat away from important components. The result is a more efficient layout that supports long term reliability and easier maintenance.

Winter protection is built in through the digital frost controller, which helps prevent freezing and supports working in colder conditions. This makes the Ion-Fire a strong option for window cleaners who want to reduce downtime during winter and keep their pure water system protected when temperatures drop.

Safety has also been carefully considered in the raised design. Guarding is used to help shield the hot exhaust, protecting both the operator and the van during use. The system can be retrofitted to existing pure water setups, and installation is available through our fitting service.
