Bought and fitted univalves before never had an issue. Bought another and fitted it the same as the others. Leaking from the middle part of the univalve. Got told I had fitted it wrong, sent me a video and I refitted it (the same as I had originally), twice and still Faulty. Sent pics of my other fitted exactly the same which works compared to this one and neither window cleaning warehouse or exceed will take responsibility. Over a week it’s dragged on for. Terrible service. Very shortsighted for the cost of £42 between exceed and window cleaning warehouse. Won’t order another item from here now.

I wish I tried one out years ago, I had one years ago and it was left in my shed so I connected it and it’s brilliant product.
Saves a lot of going back and forth turning pump on and off.

first glance you'd think that univalves are a bit of an unnecessary expense but as soon as you use one you realise how handy they are and that they are worth the money. Fit it the right way round and you've no trouble controlling water flow

I bought this to save wasting water it’s only for home use but saves going backwards and forwards to turn the tap off so saves time too .
I would say it’s a must if you clean windows for a living .

I think most pole fed window cleaners would be using these by now. Huge saving on water and time, and easy to fit. 5 star easily.

This is the 2nd one I have bought, excellent water saver.

This is a window cleaning must have. I’d go so far as to say it’s revolutionary! It saves so much water throughout the day that it’s worth it’s weight in gold. And it keeps customers happy because you don’t end up spraying water continuously all over their house! Just be aware that you need small 7-9mm o rings for 5mm pole hose because anything bigger and the univalve won’t slide inside the phantom pole.

Much better valve than the first, easy to use, easy to install and turn on/off even at full extension.

Simply the best thing for saving water

There really is nothing you can get for £30 that makes such a difference to the wfp user. Especially if water conservation is a concern during your day... if you’re using a backpack this is a definite must have, but even for the guy with a 1000L in his van, this can be vital as it save you soaking the bulding between windows, and its a lot easier to wipe the sills dry without water flowing.

Great bit of kit. So easy to use and fit. Compared to the tap style valve i had before saves you effort by not having to bend over and pick it up to switch off flow. This also helps to save water as your more likely to switch water off and on as needed rather than leave it running. The save in water also means you can use a higher flow rate so you can clean faster for the same amount of water

Been using these for about 4 months now, save so much time, mess, water, especially useful when using the backpack. Brilliant product, expensive, but worth it.

Just upgrade my pole with one of this valves and did a test drive... So far so good. Before had a mini tap on a belt...now feels much better not being myself tight up to a hose.😎

After upgrading to the slick connectors on my hose and losing the taps I found that the univalve is a great alternative and will be buying some more, also if you use hoes joiner at the top, you don’t crush the hose with that final clip

I must say when my friends first mentioned having one of these fitted I thought it can’t be that good!!! But by jolly it’s a brilliant piece of kit, every person that uses a pole for cleaning should have one.5 stars for this

Brilliant bit of kit not more bending down for tap . Only issue should come with clips for the price 👍

Having gone through taps, Aquadapter [which was great but too many things to go wrong]this is brilliant! Easy to set up, just pull on pull off. Simple. Many thanks to the inventor and saves an awful lot of water and messing around
