I contacted them looking for a larger tank setup, but after checking my van registration and payload, Tom called me back to explain why it wouldn’t be suitable. Instead of just selling me what I asked for, he took the time to understand my needs and put together the perfect setup for me.

It’s bigger than i was expecting it to be.

Bought for personal use. We have a lot of windows and rooflights. Great tool. Just needed to source a hose tail to connect to tap hose and also a shut-off valve on hose to allow the water to be controlled at the pole.

Been using FaceLift resin for the last year, I have also tried the major brands, but this resin is as good as any of them.

Kurtis and the WCW team are Top Draw and I wouldn't go anywhere else to but my WFP equipment.

bought this as a substitute for Wagtail rubber [which was out of stock] -so far so good i am very pleased with this rubber

Only used this a few times since the delivery but it's performed fine, was unsure with it being a Hybrid if it might be to flexible but it's all good, the brush scrubs the dirt okay and it's wider than my usual... yeah I'd say I'm very pleased so far....

Works really well, sprayed in with a pump sprayer and the washed down does a good job of cleaning UPVC

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. Starting my own business and they had everything I needed, very reasonably priced and the website is so user friendly it's a pleasure to use. Furthermore,they have a whole section which educated and advises on all things business related. Postage was free and quicker than Amazon. But the customer service is where these guys come into their own. Very small issue with my order so I messaged on the WhatsApp and wow. They replied within an hour,sorted the issue immediately and sent me a new item the same day. Honestly the best experience I have ever had with a retailer and I will 100% be using again.
