An amazing telescopic pole. I bought a 30ft Facekift Phantom carbon-fibre pole -a huge improvement on my previous pole which was an aluminium one. The carbon pole, is much lighter and more rigid / and therefore easier to to handle and control at full extension. Love all the high quality accessories which are available in the same range. By the way I am not a window-cleaning professional- I use the pole and brushes for applying biocide to my slate roof which tends to turn green as algae forms during the cold wet Winter season. This 30ft pole means I can reach right up to the ridge while working from ground level.

These Phantom Pole Clamps are without a shadow of a doubt the very best clamps in the industry, i have never had a problem with any of mine.

Not only are they the best, but you can buy any part of these clamps individually.

I find these Phantom Carbon Poles are first class, very hard wearing, the clamps are the very best in the industry, I have owned this a 45ft pole for nearly 3 years and the 25ft is coming up to a year and they are an excellent value for money WFP.

I read so many people who have bought poles from other companies always going on about their pole clamps are poor or thar their pole is spinning after 6 - 12 months.

I am fortunate I have never had that problem with the clamps or the poles from WCW.

Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my WFP equipment.

Great Product. I would recommend this 25ft carbon pole great clamps good rigidity. I have now got my eye on the hi-mod carbon for my next buy!!

Had loads of these now. I get a new one every Black Friday. Larger poles are too heavy but I just buy the 22ft.
Good points. Love the clamps. When pole wears were clamps are, just remove clamps, cut 1 inch off and replace clamps inc a bit of elastic glue. Like new again,
Downside, they wear quite fast.I change every year and usual have to cut them down twice.
A few stated the bolts snap as soon as you adjust them. Correct. I have a pun of m4 bolts and replace them.

I love the Phantom pole, its incredibly tough . Great pole when working at height , its nice & rigid , outstanding clamps, honestly this pole is almost indestructible. Feels great in the hands , very comfortable to use all day. My original pole still performs like new, no spinning sections , i hardly ever had to tighten the clamps and the sections still hold firm after 5 years . Ive since gave the pole to my younger brother and he continues to use it everyday and he loves it. Also the fact i can use the Tubeless kit with the Phantom pole really makes such a difference . My latest Phantom has been ordered and I look forward to using this workhorse for years to come. 5 Star pole , the only pole that comes close to it in my personal opinion is the Orbital.

Great Phantom pole. Own 2 of them and love them. Clamp design is also good. But you really need to do something about the material they are made from and the bolts too. I have had so many crack or snap (usually 0 or 1) from really innocuous falls. They are not cheap to replace. Spoke to another window cleaner the other day who I didnt know, but uses Phantom poles. He complained about the same issue. Also, when the clamp gets a little loose on the pole, you give the bolt a half turn to tighten it and it just snaps. It seriously puts me off buying Phantom again unless this issue is fixed. Its not as if a replacement is fairly cheap. At nearly £20 a time plus postage.....its painful :(

This is my second Phantom Carbon Fibre Pole, my first one was a 40ft pole, it was first class.

The pole is a run of the mill weight, but in the 2 years I have used mine, It's been a pleasure to use.

The clamps are without a doubt the very
best in the industry and nothing even comes close.

Product is fine but the description on the website is very poor and misleading

The first pole I have bought, only for home use, but for cleaning both the windows and solar panels on the roof. Made the decision after upgrading my water filtration for car cleaning. Amazed with the ease of use and reach with the light weight pole. Unsure of what I needed as I’m new to all the accessories available, but managed to piece together the kit I needed.

Great product highly recommend I wouldn’t use any other clamp.. I’ve been using ionic products for years and these are by far the best clamps on the market.. just make sure you get the right size clamps.. after a bit of trial and error with sizing they are all I use now and last so much longer!!!!

Bought the shortest version as I only use it to clean conservatory's... occasionally use it higher. It's perfect, strong clamps that are easily adjusted if the need arises, sturdy at all heights, looks and feels the part. Recommended and would purchase again.

Such a great pole! Have recently bought and have been wanting to buy it for a while now. Very well worth saving up for. Would definitely buy again. Don't hesitate!

Bought number five pole extension. Not bad n gives that extra 5 foot or so but a bit pricey for what it is, got buy base cap seperate 6quid but get clamp, overall not bad but bit expensive

Good enough clamp n does job with ease

Bought this pole as it was stiffer than an aluminium pole and it’s at a reasonable price . If you intend to use it frequently I would go all out for the carbon pole as this pole is very flexible at full length but I will only be cleaning my fascia’s & soffit once or twice a year so suits my needs but all in all I’m satisfied with the phantom hybrid.

I bought just one clamp to replace a worn out one and found the bolts to be too short by about 5mm so I had to use the ones out of the old clamp. I would recommend that this should be looked at ? The other thing that I wasn’t happy about was the older clamps use stainless steel bolts and the new ones use ionised , obviously not the same quality thus more prone to breaking. I hope WCA read this and sort it out ?? . On a good note I have used these clamps for 3 years and not had any problems with them 😊

This pole is fantastic extreamly light compared to another pole I had the clamps make life so much easier and fits with ease in my small van.

Pole sections don't slide very well when wet clamp levers a bit uncomfortable pole is nice and lite stiff to early to say how long it will last wouldn't buy again

Very impressed with this pole. Sturdy, durable and has excellent clamps. Wont be looking any further than the Phantom range when i purchase poles in the future.

Great lightweight pole. Super rigid and strong. These poles feel very nimble in your hands and are a dream to work with. Highly recommend!
