Shipping policy
When checking out you will be prompted with the following shipping Options. Please note that these terms refer to working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays:
LIABILITY
WCW cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third party addresses or goods left in unsecured locations. All goods should be signed for accordingly and WCW will deliver to nominated secure addresses according to the customer’s instructions.
1. Same Day Dispatch (Before 3pm)
This ensures your order leaves our warehouse on the same day you place the order, before 3:00 pm (subject to stock). The items will be dispatched with DPD on a tracked 'next day' service. Please Note: this service is mainland UK only and does not include oversized items. Orders placed after 3pm will benefit from the guaranteed dispatch the following working day. Please note this applies to Business days (Mon-Fri) and does not include weekends.
2. Courier Shipping (Free Over £75.00+VAT)
f you have selected courier shipping at the checkout, or are eligible for free courier shipping, your order will be shipped on a tracked 'next day' service. Postcode restrictions apply.
Please note, the above is only applicable to orders deemed to be within mainland UK as defined by our delivery couriers, and not oversized. Please see the information below if your order falls outside of these parameters.
3. Royal Mail Shipping (Available for small items)
This is a tracked 48-hour service available for small items, orders are dispatched within 48 hours meaning you can expect delivery in 3-5 days from delivery.
4. Oversized Items
Oversized items may be delivered by pallet network. These items will be sent on a 2-4 Working Day service and will require a signature. If there is nobody available to accept the delivery, the items will be returned to the depot and re-delivered with a £75.00 + VAT cost re-delivery cost. Oversized items are often accompanied by a manufacturing lead time, this is advised on the product page.
5. International Orders
WCW are able to accept international orders in most cases. A delivery charge based on the volume of items in your order will apply at the checkout. WCW are not responsible for any import duties, fees, taxes or tariffs associated with international delivery. Import costs are to be paid by the customer.
Where the shipment exceeds usual standards or is considered oversize, WCW reserve the right to amend the shipping costs. The customer will be contacted and can then proceed with any additional shipping charges or cancel the order and receive a full refund if necessary.

Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Highlands
We no longer deliver to Republic of Ireland or Channel Islands. Orders delivered to any of the above locations will incur longer shipping times and may be subject to customs clearance delays.

Lost Items
Please specify any delivery requirements or instructions in your customer notes at checkout or with our sales team. A delay of over 15 days past the expected delivery date is considered a lost item.

Further Info
If a delivery is late, you may find details by tracking your order with the consignment number provided once your order is shipped. If you have paid for an upgraded delivery service, and that service was late - you may be entitled to a refund of the difference between the upgraded service & the basic service however please be aware that some orders will be limited to a single choice of delivery service (due to the shape, size & weight of the items) and therefore due to there not being a cheaper service available, no refund will be offered.
