Description
UNI VALVE PRO for Softwashing is EXCEED’s updated Uni valve design for chemical based work. It keeps the same day to day usability improvements as UNI-VALVE PRO, but with internal components designed to handle harsh chemicals.
Older Uni valves can run low on grease and become stiff to operate. This version is redesigned internally and externally, with a remote grease port and grease collar so you can lubricate the valve from the outside.
External lubrication helps because the grease is less likely to be flushed out by water. It also means you do not need to take the valve apart to service it, reducing the risk of breakage during maintenance.
The internal mechanism has also been redesigned to support smoother operation. Three patents have been applied for to protect these features.
