Holiday Opening Times

Here you’ll find helpful information to make sure you have all you need in time for the holidays, including the last recommended dispatch dates, and opening hours from the 23rd December through to the 4th of January. 

Please note that whilst we will maintain our usual levels of service during this period, there may be delays with delivery services that are out of our control. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing orders as early as possible.

Dispatch Dates

Last Dispatch 2020 - December 23rd (if placed before midday)

First Dispatch 2021 - January 4th

Please note that orders placed after midday on Dec 23rd, and at any point throughout the holiday period, will be dispatched upon re-opening on January 4th. 

Customer Service Open Times

Dec 23rd - Open as Normal (8:00-17:00)

Dec 24th to January 3rd - Closed 

January 4th - Open as Normal (8:00-17:00)

Please note, orders may be placed via our online store at any point during the holiday period, and will be dispatch according to the dates above.
