Are We Open?
With regards to our staff, we have made provisions for all staff that can work from home to do so, this includes customer support, sales, marketing & our web development team. These will all be contactable via the normal means and are operating at full capacity remotely (see our contact us page on how to do so).
Phone lines will be open as normal until further notice. We encourage all to get in touch via phone or email as usual. Rest assured our lines will be open for as long as it is deemed appropriate.
Your Orders & Deliveries
Currently, we are able to take orders via the phone, or online, as usual. These orders will be dispatched for delivery as per our standard delivery practice.
Our couriers have measures in place to lower the risk of spreading infection. DPD have released these latest guidelines on a 'contact-free' delivery;
"We are no longer asking customers to sign our handheld units and instead our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. the driver will also photograph the parcel in its delivered location.
With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice."
